Coatings and release agents for finished moulds
ACMOS 48-141

ACMOS 43-7
- When using ACMOS 43-7 the sliding properties of glass gobs in the channel can be improved considerably
- Life of the channels can be increased to several weeks
- Even at higher cutting speeds the material can cope well with the higher temperature loads

- With ACMOS 43-8 the sliding properties of glass gobs in the chute are improved considerably
- The coating copes well with extreme heat loading due to high cutting speeds
- Application of the coating is easy. Because of the long pot life, coating can be carried out without haste. Losses due to a too early thickening of the material do not occur.
Lubricants for conveyor belts
ACMOS 23-5100
- Is a water-based, polishable wax product
- Increases the slip effect and the glasses or bottles are protected against surface damage
- Contains no dichloromethane
ACMOSIN 52-46
- Is an aqueous dispersion of special active materials
- During use existing rust is bound and a new formation is effectively prevented
- Contains a small quantity of graphite in order to guarantee better sliding when glass articles are inserted into the furnace.
