Thermoplastic can be deformed in a defined temperature range. Different methods are suitable for processing:

Thermoforming / Thermoplastic

ACMOSIL 34-5502

  • Excellent polishing effect (also in undiluted version), eliminates the necessity the use of a flame furnace in production
  • Excellent separating properties
  • Dilutable 1:10 until 1:30.

Acmoscoat 3-1020-1

  • Without having to run an empty cycle for polymerization.
  • Matt surface
  • Excellent separating properties

ACMOScoat 82-9064

  • Spray- and wipeable, semipermanent release coating, for PE rotational moulding
  • Very good wetting on hot and cold mould surfaces and perfect release
  • Parts get a high surface gloss without any post treatment
  • Low mould build-up, strong adhering coating

Acmoscoat 3-1014-55

  • High surface gloss without the need for further processing
  • Slight transfer of the release lining to the molded parts
  • Polymerization: one empty revolution per cycle
  • Coating resistant to high temperatures

Acmoscoat 3-7014

  • Low build-up on the mold, very sticky coating
  • Polymerization: one empty revolution per cycle
  • Matt surface

ACMOSOL 130-22

  • Cleaner for the plastics processing industry
  • Very good degreasing properties
  • Does not require the use of mechanical force

Material pressure tanks of series vol.

  • For all spray jobs with a low material consumption, f.i. spraying release agents
  • Made from aluminium or stainless steel
  • When spraying material continuously in considerable volume, the employment of a material pressure tank pays off within a short period of time.

W 3 / FZ-Duo

  • FINE-SPRAY gun
  • Designed and constructed for finest application of thin materials f.i. release agents
  • Depending on air cap this spray gun sprays in a round- or flatspray
