For automatic and manual wood processing, ACMOS provides the lubricants of the WAXILIT series. We have developed our lubricants in cooperation with well-known manufacturers
woodworking machines, thanks to which they behave in accordance with the requirements not only for machines, but also according to the type of wood being processed.
ACMOS provides reliable products for processing in the production of chipboards, MDF, OSB and for use with phenolic and melamine resins
and PU adhesives.
ACMOS supplements its wide offer with ACMOSOL series cleaners, designed to remove dirt from tools, pressure plates and gluing machines.

Fibreboard / MDF / HDF
These boards are made of felted wood fibers joined together with resins and finally pressed under appropriate pressure.

Plywood
It is made by gluing together several layers of veneer tape with urea, phenol-formaldehyde and casein adhesives. The finally prepared sets are pressed under the appropriate pressure.

Veneering
Covering a substrate made of wood or wood-based material with a higher-quality wood veneer. In this process, the veneer is glued with white, urea and melamine adhesives.

Gluing / Pressing / Finger jointing
During the production of glued wooden structures, excess glue is deposited on the elements of presses, clamps, etc.

Edgebanding
Veneering the edges of furniture boards with PVC edges. Hot melt adhesives are used for gluing. In the process of edgebanding, there is a risk of excess glue flowing out and sticking to the surface of the board and the edgebander elements. Acmos offers measures to prevent this phenomenon.
Planing / Profiling
In the process of planing wood, the workpiece is moved over the planing table. It is important that the detail moves smoothly on the surface of the working table. Acmos offers lubricants adapted to the type of wood being processed and the method of processing.
