ACMOS 46-8

ACMOS 46-8 IS A COOLING LUBRICANT SUITABLE FOR USE IN SYSTEMS WITHOUT RETURN OF THE OUTFLOWING COOLING LUBRICANT EMULSION.
ACMOS 46-8 DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY MINERAL OIL OR NITRITE.

PROPERTIES:

It was possible to combine all properties which must be present in a modern, easily cleaned cooling lubricant, by careful selection of the individual components:

• excellent lubricating effect
• long feeder blade life
• no attack on aluminium
• no gumming or resinification
• excellent cooling effect
• very good resistance to hard water
• highly economical consumption
• excellent glass cut-off

APPLICATION:

ACMOS 46-8 can be used in a dilution of up to 1 : 2000. Before use, heat ACMOS 46-8 and the mixing water to about 30°C. The diluted solutions can be prepared with a metering plunger pump (e.g. ProMinent), ideally with a dosing system because a constant concentration is achieved only in this way.

TECHNICAL DATA:

ACMOS 46-8 is readily miscible with water to form a clear to weakly turbid emulsion.

Appearance of the concentrate : yellowish, clear
Density (20°C) : approx. 0.92 g/ml
Viscosity (25°C) : approx. 120 mPas

Non-returnable drums with net contents of 20 kg and 180 kg.
