ACMOS 46-9413

ACMOS 46-9413 is a cooling lubricant, which is suitable for use both in circulation systems and in systems without return of the outflowing cooling lubricant emulsion

ACMOS 46-9413 contains no mineral oil or nitrite.

PROPERTIES:

It was possible to combine all properties which must be present in a modern, easily cleaned cooling lubricant, by careful selection of the individual components:

excellent lubricating effect
long feeder blade life
no attack on aluminium
no gumming or resinification
high resistance to microorganisms
excellent cooling effect
very good corrosion protection
very good resistance to hard water
highly economical consumption

APPLICATION:

ACMOS 46-9413 can be used in a dilution between 1 : 125 and 1 : 250, a ratio of 1 : 200 being the most advantageous according to experience so far acquired. The diluted solutions can be prepared with a metering plunger pump (e.g. ProMinent), ideally with a dosing system because a constant concentration is achieved only in this way.

The hardness of the water should be between 5° and 15° dH.

TECHNICAL DATA:

ACMOS 46-9413 is readily miscible with water to form a clear to weakly turbid emulsion.

Density (20°C) : approx. 1.02 g/ml
Viscosity (25°C) : approx. 60 mPas
pH value : 9.3 (1%)

Non-returnable drums with net contents of 20 kg and 200 kg.
