Sliding Agent

PROPERTIES:

Water-based sliding agent for the post-treatment of PUR-foam parts. This product is suitable as anti noise agent.

PROCESSING:

The content of the drum must be well stirred before and during use. The Sliding Agent should be at room temperature before processing. We recommend using air-assisted spray-guns. The sliding agent has to be applied thin and uniform on aereas of the moulded parts which get in contact with the seat frames and supports to prevent friction noise. The sliding agent must be dry on the surface of the foam part before further processing. Drying time: approx. 1 hour.

STORAGE:

Stir up thoroughly before use. Do not store outdoors. Protect from heat and cold. Allow products to reach room temperature before use. Storage temperature: between 10° C and 30° C.
