ACMOS 101-5001

Release agent for pressing veneered surfaces with the use of pvac white glues (d2, d3, d4)

BASIS:

No substances regarded as toxic or carcinogenic according to the Regulations concerning Dangerous Substances are used in the production of ACMOS 101-5001.

PROPERTIES:

ACMOS 101-5001 does not contain oils or silicones. It is compatible with staining and varnishing. Even light-coloured or sensitive woods are not discoloured or attacked.

ACMOS 101-5001 protects the surfaces of the press plates; the veneered surfaces do not adhere to the press plates and glue residues can easily be removed. Suitable for all pressing temperatures even above 120şC. However, the release agent can be applied also on cold press plates. With cold plates the release agent should be applied possibly the evening before. No effect on rubber. Extremely good compatibility with the skin. Can also be used on anodized heating plates/press plates.

APPLICATION:

Apply as thinly as possible with a cloth or drawbar (felt sheet).

Non-returnable drums with a net capacity of 5 kg and 20 kg.
