ACMOSOL 131-10

Cleaner for glue-spreading machines (urea, melamine or similar resins)

BASIS:

ACMOSOL 131-10 cleaner is manufactured on the basis of surface-active substances contained in a carrier system. No active substances regarded as toxic, or carcinogenic according to the Regulations on Dangerous Substances are used.

PROPERTIES

ACMOSOL 131-10 makes it easy to clean glue-spreading machines, collecting tanks and stirring mechanisms. When the cleaner is added, the resin in the glue is emulsified and loses its adhesive effect.

At the same time the cleaner has a positive effect on the behaviour of the effluent in pipelines and settling pits

APPLICATION

ACMOSOL 131-10 cleaner is diluted with water in a ratio of 1 : 10 to 1 : 15. On a glue-spreading machine 130 cm wide, about 1 litre of this emulsion is applied to each pair of rollers. As soon as the cleaner has mixed intensively with the remains of the glue, the machine can be washed with warm water. On larger machines a correspondingly larger quantity of the emulsion must be applied.
