is our most durable semi-permanent tyre cavity release agent technology. 10-5181 forms a dry durable film which provides increased release performance and enhanced rubber flow in the tread area of tyre cavity moulds. The durable film virtually eliminates release agent transfer which keeps moulds clean longer and provides you with more production time. 10-5181 is an excellent release agent for moulding most sulfur cured rubber tyre and retread types. The product provides great mould life and is perfect for most rubber tyres.

is the same high-performance cavity lubricant as 10-5181 with an added rust inhibitor package. This product inhibits rust due to indirect steam impingement on the mould surface.

is an advance medium slip cavity lubricant technology. 10-5180 forms a hard durable film to provide more slip which is often needed for complex tread designs and deep lug OTR and Agriculture tyres. This product also has extremely low transfer and build-up. Mould release touch-ups are typically done once per shift which significantly reduces open clamp time to maximize production. 10-5180 is an excellent release agent for most sulfur cured rubber tyres where a little more slip than 10-5181.

This is a ready to use water-based formula for polyurethane cast tyres. This product provides excellent cosmetics and extraordinarily little residue on the finished product.

Is a high solid and highly dilutable release formula for polyurethane hot cast wheels. This high slip formula is typically diluted.
