ACMOSIT 66-11

Water-soluble cooling lubricant

BASIS:

ACMOSIT 66-11 contains fully synthetic active substances and anti-corrosive agents. Guaranteed free of nitrite, organo-chloro compounds and nitrosifiable amines

PROPERTIES:

ACMOSIT 66-11 is suitable for machining high-grade steel and steel. For shaping strip material, in particular Cr/Ni steel, cord rolling steel and light metal.
On the basis of previous experience ACMOSIT 66-11 does not interfere with gluing, varnishing and anodising.
The unusual stability of the so1utons when attacked by bacteria ensures long periods of us without odour formation and decomposition.

APPUCATION:
About 3-10% (= about 1:30 to 1:10) in water according to the application.

Concentrate colour : green
Density (20°C) : approx. 1.04 g/ml
Viscosity : thin, approx. 70 cSt/20°C
Factor for refractometer : 2.2

Storage:

Non-returnable drums with net contents of 5 kg, 20 kg and 200 kg.
