ACMOS 43-34 / 43-2434

Special coating resistant to high temperatures for finished moulds

Advantages:

ACMOS 43-34 is a varnish-like, highly heat-resistant coating specially developed for surface treatment of finished moulds and their bottoms. Application of ACMOS 43-34 prevents microcracks, particularly in lettering and engravings.
The life is several days !
ACMOS 43-34 does not contain dichloromethane !

Processing:

ACMOS 43-34 can be easily used without problems. Before spraying, the moulds must be metallic bright and should preferably be degreased with ACMOSOL 130-28 cleaner.

Spray ACMOS 43-34 in a uniformly thin film from a distance of about 20 cm.

Coatings applied unevenly can be easily removed with ACMOSOL 130-28 cleaner.

The coating must be tempered before the moulds are placed in the machine for about 60 minutes at an oven temperature of 350°C. The coating must not come into contact with a naked gas flame.

After the tempered moulds have been placed in the machine, lubrication is unnecessary.

Make sure that rooms and workplaces are well ventilated.

Storage:

ACMOS 43-34 is supplied in tins. Cartons contain 12 x 0,9 kg.
ACMOSOL 130-28 is supplied in 18 kg canisters.
