ACMOS 118-222

Parting agent for mould manufacture

PROPERTIES:

ACMOS 118-222 has been specially developed for demoulding from green sand. The release agent is highly resistant to heat and moisture and has good sliding properties, so that adherence of sand is largely avoided. The mouldings retain sharp contours.

Demoulding under unfavourable conditions is also possible thanks to the high release reserve.

APPLICATION::

ACMOS 118-222 should be applied thinly and evenly. Repeated demoulding is usually possible after a single application of the release agent provided that it is correctly applied by hand or by a sprayer.

SUPPLY FORM:

Non-returnable drums with nett contains of 5kg, 20kg and 180kg.
