ACMOSIT 65-62

Special grinding coolant for grinding carbide materials

BASIS:

ACMOSIT 65-62 contains fully synthetic active agents and anti-corrosives. Guaranteed free of nitrite, organo-chloro compounds and nitrosifiable amines.

PROPERTIES:

Highly soluble in water, forming a highly transparent grinding liquid. ACMOSIT 65-62 is particularly suited for machining high-grade steel. Also highly effective with standard steels and cast iron.

Provides particularly good protection against corrosion. Exceptional stability. No odour formation, no decomposition and very long periods of use.

ACMOSIT 65-62 is essentially non-foaming, also at high pressures, and has a good flushing effect.

APPLICATION:

Start with 3% ACMOSIT 65-62 in water for the grinding of high-grade steel and steel. When grinding cast iron not less than 4%.

Note: A good filtration is necessary. Filtration with band filters have proven. The using of centrifuges, magnetic separators or hydrocyclones may possibly lead to a deteriorated foam behavior.
