ACMOSIT 65-20

Water-soluble cooling lubricant for high-grade steel

BASIS:

ACMOSIT 65-20 contains fully synthetic active agents and anti-corrosives. Guaranteed free from mineral oil and organic chlorine compounds.

ACMOSIT 65-20 contains a special inhibitor to prevent nitrosamine formation. Consequently it is not absolutely essential to change the working solution, if the limit value for nitrite is exceeded.

PROPERTIES:

Highly soluble in water, forming a highly transparent grinding liquid. ACMOSIT 65-20 is particularly suited for machining high-grade steel. Also highly effective with standard steels and cast iron.

Provides particularly good protection against corrosion. Exceptional stability. No odour formation, no decomposition and very long periods of use.

No sticking or gumming up of guides, clamping tools or measuring equipment. Residues of ACMOSIT 65-20 can easily be washed off with water.

ACMOSIT 65-20 is essentially non-foaming and therefore suitable for all grinding jobs.

APPLICATION:

3-5% in water, depending on the application.

At least 4% in water with more than 16 ° dH hardness.

Non-returnable drums, net capacity 5 kg, 20 kg or 220 kg.
