Cutting Oil

BASIS:

ACMOSIT 60-106 is a high-alloyed, chlorine-free EP cutting oil.

PROPERTIES:

ACMOSIT 60-106 is suitable for general cutting processes of steels and non-ferrous metals with very good performance.
ACMOSIT 60-106 contains polar ingredients granting the oil high wettability and good adhesion properties on metal surfaces.
Furthermore, selected, chemically reacting EP additives prevent a wear out and tear off again of roughness peaks between workpiece and tool blade.

APPLICATION:

ACMOSIT 60-106 is used undiluted as delivered.
When using a non water-miscible product, tool grinding machines have to correspond with current constructional and legal regulations.

SUPPLY FORM:

Non-returnable drums containing 18 kg and 180 kg net.
