Water-miscible release agent for the demoulding from heat-curing moulding materials

PROPERTIES:

ACMOS 118-5055 is a water-miscibIe release agent particularly suitable for CRONING, HOT-BOX, COLD-BOX-PLUS and similar methods as an emulsion with a special active substance combination.

APPLICATION:

ACMOS 118-5055 can be used undiluted in the “as delivered” condition or mixed in water in a ratio up to about 1 : 100.

The release agent should be applied thinly and evenly.

Repeated demoulding is usually possible after a single application of the release agent provided that it is correctly applied by hand or by a sprayer.

Non-returnable drums with net. contents of 5 kg, 20 kg and 200 kg.
