ACMOSOL 133-1

Cleaner for pressing plates (especially in processing melamine resin sheets)

BASIS:

No materials are used in the production of ACMOSOL 133-1 that are categorised as toxic or carcinogenic under the hazardous materials regulations.

PROPERTIES:

ACMOSOL 133-1 is a cleaner used to remove deposits that form on pressing plates.

APPLICATION:

ACMOSOL 133-1 is used as supplied. The cleaner must only be applied to cold plates. After the substance has been left for a short time to take effect, the softened deposit is removed with a cloth. The plate should then be well rinsed with clean water.

Applying ACMOSOL 133-1 has no effect on the degree of glossiness of pressing plates. It is recommended that the cleaner is applied when even the slightest deposit or discoloration of the plates is observed, because the cleaning process is easiest at this stage.
