ACMOS 88-56

Release agent to combat resin deposits on press plates (melamine and similar resins)

BASIS:

No substances regarded as toxic or carcinogenic according to the Regulations concerning Dangerous Substances are used in the production of ACMOS 88-56.

PROPERTIES:

ACMOS 88-56 is a silicon-free release agent, which has a particularly strong effect on resin deposits. It protects the surfaces of the press plates and thus contributes to maintenance of their value.

APPLICATION:

ACMOS 88-56 should be applied thinly to the clean press plates. It should be used in the spraying process. It is advisable to heat the plates for about 5 minutes to pressing temperature, so that any pores in the metal are tightly sealed. Squeeze out excess release agent residues. Also suitable for structured plates. In the case of difficult operations application of the release agent should be repeated during the work.

Non-returnable drums with a net capacity of 5 kg, 20 kg and 160 kg.
