Sprayable semi-permanent coating, rotational molded PE

Advantages:

Slight transfer of the release lining to the molded parts

Low build-up on the mold, very sticky coating

Polymerization: one empty revolution per cycle

Procedure:

Before the first use, the molds should be thoroughly cleaned of separating agents, dirt and grease residues. After mechanical cleaning, we recommend the use of ACMOSOL 130-22 mold cleaner.

A suitable and resistant separating coating can only be created on clean surfaces of the molds. Before the first use, 3-5 thin and even layers should be applied to warm molds. When the mold temperature exceeds 60 ° C, a spray application is required. Maintain a gap of 3-5 minutes between subsequent coatings (room temperature).

Wait for the coating to polymerize: the prepared form should pass one empty revolution at full temperature (approx. 200 – 260 ° C).

As the release performance diminishes, reapply one or two coats of ACMOScoat 3-7014 to the hot mold (so-called „Touch-Up“) and wait another 10 minutes for drying.

Storage:

NOTE: containers contain protective gas. After the first use, use the entire content within 2 weeks to prevent the reduction of active substances. Open for a short time and close tightly with each use.
