Cooling lubricant miscible with water

Basis:

ACMOSIT 66-504 consists of mineral oil, special emulsifiers and wetting agents. Free of organo-chloro compounds and nitrosifiable amines.

Processing:

ACMOSIT 66-504 is a cooling lubricant miscible with water and containing mineral oil for shaping galvanised material and cold rolling steel. Also suitable for producing hollow sections by a HF welding machine.
White blister formation is prevented. Good protection against corrosion.
Mix ACMOSIT 66-504 about 6-8% in water. A stable, finely disperse emulsion with a bluish-white appearance is formed.
Concentrate colour : brown, clear
Density (20°C) : approx. 0,93 g/ml
Viscosity : middle viscous
Mineral oil : 80-85%
pH (5% in water) : 9,3
Factor for refractometer : 0,8

Storage:

Non-returnable drums with net contents of 5 kg, 20 kg and 180 kg.
