External PE rotomolding concentrate release agent

Properties:

A sprayable, concentrated, water-based release agent.

Dilutable 1:10 until 1:30.

Procedure:

Before the first use, after mechanical cleaning, the molds should be cleaned with a cleaning agent cleaning of ACMOSOL 130-22 molds. A good and long-lasting release coating can only be achieved on clean mold surfaces.

The first 2-3 coats of diluted ACMOSIL 34-5502 should be applied thinly and evenly using material or spray technology. Where the mold temperature exceeds 60 ° C, spray application is required. Wait for the coating to dry waiting between coatings 3-5 minutes and for the water to run off. The mold can be used immediately after dry.

One or two additional coats of (diluted) ACMOSIL 34-5502 can be applied at diminishing separating properties. Additional layers may only be applied to dry and dull places.

Storage:

Stir thoroughly before use. Do not store outdoors. Protect against extreme temperatures. Keep stirring while using. The product should be at temperature before use peaceful.
